Car Rental Terms and Conditions — rentcardb By confirming this booking you accept the terms below. Please read carefully before continuing. 1. BOOKING - A 25% deposit is paid online (or cash), the remaining 75% is paid on pickup. - The booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid. - The customer must arrive 15 minutes before the pickup time. 2. CANCELLATION - Free cancellation: 24+ hours before pickup — full deposit refund. - Cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup: the 25% deposit is retained. - No-show within 2 hours without prior notice: the booking is cancelled automatically and the deposit is NOT refunded. 3. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS - Original valid ID (national ID, or passport for foreign visitors). - Original driving licence (held for at least 1 year). - Minimum driver age: 18. - Young Driver Fee: 18–25 years = +€8/day. 4. THE CAR - The car must be returned with the same fuel level it was delivered with. - The customer is responsible for any damage during the rental period. - The car may not be used outside the permitted territory without prior written authorisation. 5. PAYMENT - All prices are in Euro (€). - Payment: cash on pickup or online (when available). - Automatic length discounts: • 7+ days: 10% off • 14+ days: 15% off • 21+ days: 20% off 6.
